How can I update my contact number?
Login to Kotak Neo, then
- Go to Profile
- Click on Account details
- Click the "Edit" button beside your mobile number.
Alternatively, you can also
- Go to Profile
- Click on Additional services
- Go to Service requests
- Select frequently used
- Click on Contact Number Updation
