How can I unsubscribe to Research SMS?
Customers can unsubscribe to Research SMS service via our website or app. Click here to unsubscribe.
Kindly follow below steps to unsubscribe:
- Customers can login to their trading account using www.kotakneo.com
- Go to more section in the Dashboard
- Click on Research & Trade Subscription.
- Untick the plan you want to unsubscribe and click submit.
Neo users can subscribe to Research SMS through below steps:
- On your home screen, scroll down to the investment ideas card and click on view all
- In the expanded view, click on Subscribe button on the top right corner of your screen and then click on get started
- Untick the plan you want to unsubscribe
- Check the I accept box at the bottom and click on the submit button
