How can I release my pledged shares?

In case you want to unpledge your shares to sell them, please note Kotak Neo allows its customers to directly sell their shares without unpledging provided they have not utilized the margin against the shares.

In case you still want to unpledge your shares, kindly reach out to our customer service team through the following means to unpledge your Mutual Units:

• Chat with us here and choose chat with expert option

Please make sure that you clear any outstanding dues/debit in your account before raising the unpledge request. Once these units are unpledged, you can sell your shares just like normal shares.
