Can I continue to use KEAT Pro X and Kotak stock trading app along with the neo mobile app?

Both KEAT ProX and Kotak Stock Trading app won’t be accessible after you switch to NEO, but you can access your account on the Kotak Neo website for non-trading requirements and service requests.

Note

• The login ID and password for your NEO mobile app and your Kotak Neo account are not the same.
• Enter your User ID and password for your Kotak Neo account and do not enter the access code after you have switched to NEO

You can access all your Order and trade-related activities from the NEO App.
