Supreme Holdings Hospitality Limited was formerly incorporated on 15th April, 1982 as a Private Limited Company under the name of Supreme Holdings Private Limited. The Company was acquired as going concern by the Jatia Group in year 1987. It became Public Limited Company on 21st March, 1994 and the name of the Company was titled to Supreme Holdings Hospitality (India) Limited on 2nd September, 2011. The Company has attained a change of name to Supreme Holdings Hospitality Limited in 2025. Company entered the Capital market with its maiden public issue in the year 1995. At present, Company is engaged in development of residential and commercial projects.In 2011, the Jatia Hotels and Resorts Pvt Ltd and Royalways Trading Investments Services Pvt Ltd amalgamated with the Company effective with effect from 1st April, 2010. In terms of the consideration, the Company also allotted 2,66,82,553 equity shares of Rs 10/ each fully paid up, on 8th September, 2011, to the shareholders of Jatia Hotels Resorts Pvt. Ltd. and Royalways Trading Investment Services Pvt. Ltd.The company was engaged in Non Banking Financial activities. Considering the vast opportunities available in the Hospitality Industry in India, the Company decided to enter the hospitality industry with a long term view which mainly focused on development of hotels along with other support services. It also holds various stakes in listed hotel companies in India.The company has mainly focused in Maharashtra and shortlisted two locations for development first being Pune and second being Panvel. It has already acquired and secured freehold land at the above two locations and the same is vested with the company.The company is developing a five star hotel at Kalyani Nagar, Pune. It has tiedup with Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) for the same. It is a mixedused development that comprises of a 308 room hotel and commercial building with a total development of 1.2 million sqft in the heart of Pune City.As part of its strategy the Company has also acquired a land bank at Panvel with a view of developing a resort along with other support services. Looking at the pace of development in this suburban city with huge infrastructure projects such as the International Airport, dedicated freight corridor of the Indian Railways between Delhi and Mumbai (DFRC), SionPanvel Expressway and the 22km MumbaiJNPT sealink this suburban town has the potential to grow tremendously in the near future.In January 2016, the Company launched its Premier Luxury residential project, Belmac Residences, in New Kalyani Nagar, Pune. The Clubhouse was launched at Belmac Residences in March, 2023.In 2025, Company acquired key land parcels in Panvel, including one for an upcoming flagship project. The flagship developments, Belmac Residences and Belmac Riverside, were completed and delivered into the real estate in FY 2025.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹69.78 crore and profit touched at ₹10.51 crore.
