Raghuvansh Agrofarms Limited was incorporated on December 19, 1996 and obtained the Certificate for Commencement of Business on January 2, 1997.Since its establishment, the Company has been engaged in agricultural activities. The Company is broadly engaged in cultivation of Organic Vegetables, Organic Grains and Cereals. The Company operates an integrated facility that encompasses the cultivation, processing, and distribution of agricultural products. In addition to these operations, the Company is also engaged in dairy farming, the production and distribution of dairy products, as well as manufacturing of organic manure.Company ventured into the field of renewable energy. The Company has been running a Bio Gas Power Plant at its Kapli Farms. The said plant was made operational for a period of more than 1 year. Apart from that, the Company is in process of commissioning a 1000 M3 capacity Bio Gas Plant for Power Generation at the factory premises of its subsidiary, M/s Sanjeevani Fertilizers and Chemicals Private Limited and has entered into Memorandum of Understanding dated September 23, 2014.In FY 201415, Company had ventured into field of renewable energy. It commissioned a 1000 M3 capacity Bio Gas Plant for Power Generation at factory premises of its subsidiary, M/s Sanjeevani Fertilizers and Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. The Company launched a public issue of 36,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 by raising Rs 3.96 Crores in January 2015. During the year 201920, the Company ventured into new business activities and established various plants including Jaggery Plant, Aeroponic Plant and Lab for Cordyceps.
