Procal Electronics India Limited, erstwhile known as Pan Electronics Limited was established in April 1992. The Company initially manufactured and sold electronic calculators, diaries, and organizers. It had 3 manufacturing plants located in Silvassa and Surat, and had a partnership with CBM Corporation of Japan for certain products. The Company had a consignment agency agreement with Reliance Industries Limited for Polypropylene.During the year 2025, the Company has not been carried out any business activities. It has been incurring losses and its manufacturing operations have been ceased. Now, the Company is exploring to revive its business through trading and agency activities.
