Mewar HiTech Engineering Limited was incorporated in Rajasthan, as Mewar HiTech Engineering Private Limited, vide certified Incorporated dated dated June 8, 2006, issued by the Registrar of Companies. Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Mewar HiTech Engineering Limited. The Company is engaged in the business of heavy manufacture machines and industrial material handling equipments including preengineering building sheds, Cone Crushers, sand machines, concrete mixture machines, batch mixing plants, RMC (readymix concerete) plants, industrial products for crushing plants, HIS, Double Toggle Grease/Oil crusher, Single Toggle Grease Jaw Crusher, Vibrating screen, Horizontal Shaft Impactor, Vertical Shaft Impactor and Cone crusher and other crushing screening and cutomized size reduction equipments. The Company made a public issue of 10,62,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each by raising funds aggregating to Rs 2.33 Crore in March, 2016. The Company in its Extraordinary General Meeting held on Monday, 20 August, 2018 for change in its main object clause of the MOA of the Company to carry on business of KPO, BPO, and IT related work and to do all other activities, whether in India or abroad.
