Medistep Healthcare Limited was originally incorporated on June 05, 2023 as a Public Limited Company, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation issued by Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Thereafter, the Company acquired the business of Proprietorship Concern of one of the Promoter Ms. Prajapati Hetalben Girdharilal viz, M/s MG Pharma through the business transfer agreement dated July 02, 2023. Subsequently the business of sole proprietorship firm was transferred into Medistep Healthcare Limited as a going concern.Before the incorporation of Medistep Healthcare Limited, M/s MG Pharma was involved in the business of trading of pharmaceutical products, intimate care and hygiene products, surgical products, equipment and Nutraceutical products. Medistep Healthcare is a Pharmaceutical Company that has carved a niche in the Healthcare Industry in manufacturing Sanitary pads, Energy powder and trading a diverse range of pharmaceutical products.The Company mainly operates in both pharmaceutical and nonpharmaceutical product segments. For pharmaceutical products, it procures items from distributors of pharmaceutical companies and supplies them to retail pharmacies, medical practitioners, and other healthcare facilities. For nonpharmaceutical products, it sources directly from manufacturers/distributors and distributes them to the same clientele, including wholesalers, retail pharmacies, medical practitioners, and healthcare facilities. The Company has started manufacturing of sanitary pads and energy powder in January 2024.37,44,00 Equity Shares having the face value of Rs 10 each were issued through IPO by raising Rs 16.09 crores in August, 2025.
