La Tim Metal Industries Limited, formerly incorporated as Drillco Metal Carbides Private Limited on 28 January, 1975 was subsequently converted into a Public Limited company on August 22, 1975, changing the name to Drillco Metal Carbides Limited. Thereafter, Company changed its name to La Tim Metal Industries Limited in 2014. Presently, the Company is into trading of color coated coils and profile sheets.The Company was incorporated to carry on business of manufacture tungsten and tungsten carbide products, drilling rods and drilling bits. The Company acquired 100% Equity Shares of La Tim Sourcing (India) Private Limited resulting it became wholly owned subsidiary of the Company in 201718. The Company installed new plant at Umergaon (Gujarat), to manufacture color coated coils and profile sheets in 2018.In 202324, through the Scheme of Arrangement, La Tim Sourcing (India) Private Limited got merged with the Company which came into effect on August 04, 2023.

For the full year FY2023–2024, revenue reached ₹273.32 crore and profit touched at ₹-7.5 crore.
