Both these companies working for empowering the Student Community have joined hands together to form an alliance/partnership to help and bring the best out of the students.Company reached a market cap of Rs 100 Crore in January 2023. The Company launched StuCred mobile application, which provide instant short term loans for fast and easy credit access in FY 2025.

For the full year FY2013–2014, revenue reached ₹0.86 crore and profit touched at ₹0.22 crore.
