JTL Industries Limited was initially incorporated as JTL Infra Limited on July 29, 1991. The Companys name was changed from JTL Infra Limited to JTL Industries Limited in July, 2022 resulting the merger process. The Company is a prominent player in the structural steel tubes and pipes sector, with an impressive legacy spanning 3 decades. It specialises in manufacturing ERW black and hollow steel tubes and pipes.With an installed capacity of approximately 9,36,000 MTPA, JTL operates five stateoftheart manufacturing facilities strategically located to serve key consumption centres across India. It also operates a largescale facility for manufacturing and export of galvanised steel tubes/ pipes, welded black pipes/tubes, and electrogalvanised steel tubes/pipes. Additionally, the Company manufactures steel tubes for belt conveyor idlers, water wells, and lancing pipes, serving both automotive and industrial sectors with precision and excellence. The Companys newly commissioned manufacturing facilies in Mangaon became fully operational in 201920. In 202021, Company acquired ready to use manufacturing facilities situated at Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab, a promoter group entity, and ramped up capacity by 1 lac MTPA at Mangaon Plant later in FY 2022. In 2022, it incorporated Wholly Owned Subsidiary Company (WOS) in the name of JTL Tubes Limited effective January 5, 2022.During Financial Year 202223, Chetan Industries Limited got merged with the Company through the Scheme of Amalgamation, and made it effective from March 31, 2023. The Company increased the overall production capacity to 1,86,000 MTPA by the end of FY 202223.The Company expanded its manufacturing capacity to approximately 5,86,000 MTPA in FY 202324. It further acquired a 67% controlling stake in Nabha Steels and Metals, located in Mandi Gobindgarh, Punjab having production capacity of 200,000 MTPA in FY24.The Company scaled the installed capacity from 5,86,000 MTPA in FY 202324 to approximately 6,86,000 MTPA by Q2 FY 202425, andfurther reached 10,00,000 MTPA by March 31, 2025. The Raipur facility underwent a major expansion, doubling its capacity from 1,00,000 MTPA to 2,00,000 MTPA. Company commissioned a new Direct Forming Technology (DFT) at the Mangaon Plant in Maharashtra, in FY 202425. The DFT Plant expanded its capacity from 4,50,000 MTPA to 5,00,000 MTPA in FY25. Nabha Steel and Metals, now renamed JTL Engineering Limited, commenced phased operations in June 2024 and contributed 41,865 metric tonnes to overall volumes in FY 202425.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹1938.76 crore and profit touched at ₹98.83 crore.
