International Conveyors Limited was incorporated in 1973 by Kolkata (INDIA) based entrepreneur Mr. R.K. Dabriwala. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of solid woven fabric reinforced PVC impregnated and PVC covered fire retardant, antistatic Conveyor Belting in India since 1978. It has complete integrated inhouse manufacturing from yarn preparation, fabric weaving, compound mixing to finishing and it ensures quality control at each step of manufacturing activity.The primary product of the Company is PVC Fire Resistant Antistatic Solid Woven Conveyor Belting. Your Company has achieved an annual production of 3,00,812 meters. Company is one of the largest manufacturers of solid woven belting in the world and has a complete product range with the ability to make Conveyor Belting up to 3150 kN/m (type 18) in strength and belting widths ranging from 600 mm to 1800mm. Company has plants at Aurangabad, Maharashtra and Falta SEZ, West Bengal. Aurangabad Plant has total annual installed capacity of 7,00,000 meters and Falta SEZ Plant has total annual installed capacity of 4,25,000 meters. Companys design team can undertake full inhouse design starting from preliminary design of systems from power and tensile strength/tension calculations all the way through to detailed design. It provides products of International quality, superior technology and testing capability. Company has been involved in numerous supply arrangements for Indian Coal Mines and also involved in export contract arrangements with Canadian customers in their potash mining applications. Company supports its customers for selecting belting based on Conveyor structure (sidewinder software) and it is pioneer in use of PVC belting in cement industries.The Company started commercial production at Aurangabad Plant in 1979. ICL is an ISO 9001:2008 certified company, accredited by Bureau Veritas. It enjoys around 45% share of the Indian underground PVC mine conveyor belt market. Purchases in India are made through global and domestic tenders and ICL has demonstrated time and again its global competitiveness. Besides manufacturing for Indian market, ICL also manufactures and exports large volume of PVC Belts to USA, Canada, South Africa and Australia as per the fire resistant anti static standards for fire hazardous application of the respective countries.The Company made M/s International Belting Limited (IBL) its Wholly Owned Subsidiary by way of acquiring entire paid up equity shares of IBL during the year 201112. Hence the production capacity of the Company increased from 7,00,800 mtrs p.a. to 11,25,800 mtrs p.a. Further, the Company took over the PVC Belting Industrial Undertaking of its wholly owned subsidiary, International Belting Limited in West Bengal on a going concern basis with effect from April 19, 2013. In 201314, the Company acquired 100% equity shares of a newly incorporated entity, Conveyor Holdings Pte. Limited and resulting, it became the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company effective on 25th April, 2013.In 201415, the Company acquired 100% equity shares of newly incorporated entity International Conveyors America Limited, INC (ICAL) and it became a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company on November 1, 2014.
