The Company came up with an Initial Public Offer aggregating an issue of 26,16,000 Equity Shares by raising funds amounting to Rs 21.45 Crore comprising a Fresh Issue of 22,24,000 Equity Shares amounting to Rs 18.24 Crore and 3,92,000 Equity Shares amounting to Rs 3.21 Crore through Offer for Sale in May, 2023.Infollion Research Services Corp was formed as a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company with effect from July 16, 2024, upon acquisition of 100% shareholding in the Company.
