The Companys name was changed from Sun Beam Infotech Limited to Hit Kit Global Solutions Limited on February 23, 2007. The Company started its business in the hospitality sector and in the name of Rituraj Holiday Resorts Ltd., it diverted into Software development. Presently, the Company is focusing mainly on agribusiness value chain. To attain this objective, Company carries out marketing of vegetables in the vegetable market, through which, it has sources directly from the farmers. Apart from this, Company also renders EHoroscope reports in regional languages to its customers through mobile counters. During the year 2002 the company has been subdivided its Face Value of Equity Share from Rs.10 each to Rs.2 each and the total Paid up capital of the company stood at Rs.7.00 crores.Parle Software Ltd and NavParva Technologies Pvt Ltd are Whollyowned subsidiaries of Sun Beam Infotech Ltd.The Company completed the development of Retail Software in 2007. It got into the organized retail Market in India which includes Contract farming and selling of speciality Ayurvedic herbal produce in 2008.During the year 2010, the company concentrated it activities in Retail of EHoroscope i.e. Om Astrosoft. It started EHoroscope reports in regional languages to its customers through counters, spread across the retail outlets and further developed its marketing of PSExcise software by tieingup with Priti Software.During year 201718, Company formalized the Joint Venture on 15 September, 2017, to be known in the name of Engineers India Associates for operations of resort project near Lonavala, Dist. Pune. It focused mainly on agribusiness value chain by carrying out retailing of vegetables to the small vendors at the APMC market.The Company started implementation of the resort project in 201718.In the financial year 202324, Company has adopted the unique strategy to set up Luxurious Tented Villas (temporary structures), instead of luxurious villas and cottages (permanent costly structure) in resort project, thereby minimizing the capex and by passing the tedious process of obtaining development permissions from authorities.
