The Company converted from a Private Limited Company to a Public Limited Company, and the name was changed to Greenleaf Envirotech Limited, and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 28, 2023, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.The Company started its business operations by providing environmental laboratory services such as, conducting several tests onvarious parameters of water, wastewater, drinking water, ambient air, stack monitoring, soil analysis and hazardous waste analysis.Their lab tests include physical tests, chemical tests, test on microbiological parameters and Bioassay of toxic pollutants supportedby instant and wellaimed results. Further, it undertake workplace monitoring including noise surveys, illumination surveys, ventilation surveys, personal monitoring, heat stress monitoring survey, etc.Over the years, the Company diversified services by offering Turnkey solutions for installation commissioning of Water Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP), operations maintenance services (OM), consultancy services for seeking environmental clearance from State Pollution Control Board (Envirolegal matters). As an turnkey company, it specialize in delivering design engineering, project management, procurement support and engineering services, civil construction, electromechanical supply and installation, and commission of WWTP projects for Sewage/ Effluent/ Water Treatment Plant, Reverse Osmosis and Zero Liquid Discharge Project across India.Their laboratory is fullyequipped with equipment and testing lab devices such as gas chromatography, atomic absorptionspectrometer, air stack monitoring instrument, testing equipments for civil / electrical / instruments and backed by a strong teamof technicians. Company came up with IPO aggregating the issuance of 16,10,000 equity shares of Rs 10/, by raising money Rs 21.90 crore, comprising a fresh issue of 13,10,000 equity shares amounting to Rs 17.82 crore and the offer for sale of 3,00,000 equity shares amounting to Rs 4.08 crore on October 6, 2025.
