The Companys ancillary activities enable it to take part in the formation, supervision, or control of business operations of any other companies or undertakings. It act as a Financial Adviser. The focus is not merely on investing, but also on adding value to the businesses and sectors in which it participates including Investor relationship management.The Company is empowered to receive and manage immovable and movable property and form subsidiaries or collaborate with other companies to expand its business horizons. While Elcids core operations remain centered on capital market investments, it provides potential to engage in businesses such as leasing office equipment, travel services, advertising, and publishing.
