Founded in: 2024
Digitide Solutions Limited, formerly known as Conneqt Business Solutions Limited, is a global provider of AIdriven digital transformation and business process solutions, empowering enterprises to enhance productivity, agility, and growth. Headquartered in Bangalore, the Company has been incorporated on February 10, 2024 and presently offer a comprehensive suite of services, including AIled digital solutions, data intelligence, and business process services. Through the Composite Scheme of Arrangement, the Company along with Bluspring Enterprises Limited, was recently demerged from Quess Corp Limited. The said Demerger involved a strategic realignment by Quess Corp to create three distinct business verticals: Quess Corp, Digitide Solutions, and Bluspring Enterprises. The said Demerger has been made effective on June 11, 2025. In terms of the Demerger, Shareholders of Quess Corp received one share each of the Company and Bluspring Enterprises for every share they held in Quess Corp. This demerger has allowed Quess Corp to focus on separate business areas, including workforce management and facility services.
