DAPS Advertising Limited was originally incorporated as Private Limited Company under the name DAPS Advertising Private Limited under Companies Act, 1956 dated April 29, 1999 at Uttar Pradesh, Kanpur. Subsequently, Company was converted into a Public Limited Company in the name of DAPS Advertising Limited and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon conversion to Public Company was issued by Registrar of Companies, Kanpur on September 20, 2018. The Company came up with an Initial Public Offer by issuing 17,00,000 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each, by raising money aggregating to Rs 5.1 Cr. in November, 2022.Led by the Promoters, Mr. Akhilesh Chaturvedi, Mr. Dharmesh Chaturvedi and Mr. Paresh Chaturvedi, Company is a leading agency specializing in crafting innovative and effective advertising solutions. It ventured into producing advertisement films and promotional content for major clients.
