Covance Softsol Limited was incorporated as a Public Limited Company on August 11, 2023 in the name of Covance Softsol Limited in the State of Telangana, and was granted the certificate of incorporation by Registrar of Companies, Hyderabad.Pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement between SoftSol India Limited and the Company, duly sanctioned by the Honble NCLT, Hyderabad bench vide order dated 12 September, 2024, the IT/ITES business of Softsol India Limited was transferred to and demerged in the Company as going concern effective from April 1, 2023 and the said Scheme became effective from September 25, 2024. In terms of the said Scheme of Arrangement, 1,47,63,689 Equity shares of Rs 10/ each of the Company were allotted to the eligible shareholders of Softsol India Limited.Since, the Company was recently incorporated, prior to the Scheme becoming effective, it did not carry out any activity. Presently, Company is engaged in the business of Information and Technology services.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹112.37 crore and profit touched at ₹12.12 crore.
