RRP Defense Limited was initially established as Interads Export Division Private Limited as a Private Limited Company in 1981. The name of the Company was changed to Interads Export Private Limited in September, 1994. Thereafter, the Company got converted into a Public Limited Company and was renamed to Euro Asia Exports Limited in November, 1994 and has changed to RRP Defense Limited after receiving approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs on June 2, 2025. The Company was incorporated to carry on the business of trading and exports in various items in India or abroad. As a Governmentrecognised Export House, the Company export of goods manufactured by reputed concerns like Blow Plast, Kores India, etc, to various countries, mainly to Russia. Apart from this, it exports items like Tshirts, brushes of all kinds, hand tools, stationery goods, ceramic products, etc.The company has received Certificate of Export Recognition from 198182 through 198586, from Chemical Allied Products Export Promotion Council, Calcutta. In 1995, the company proposed to set up a 100% EOU to manufacture 25 lac pcs of cotton Tshirts pa and 500 tpa of knitted cotton fabrics pa, at Noida, Uttar Pradesh. It came out with a public issue in May 95 to partfinance the project.The Company envisaged in the business of Oil trading as new project during the financial year 202324.
