Mizzen Ventures Limited was initially incorporated as Boss Securities Limited in 1995. The name of the Company was changed from Boss Securities Limited to Jyothi Infraventures Limited in October, 2009 and is now altered the name to Mizzen Ventures Limited in 2025. Company is engaged in business of trading of infrastructure building materials and infra works. Mizzen Digital Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.In the initial year 201011, Company had diversified into real estate infrastructure business. The Promoters of the Company entered into Share Purchase Agreement with Mr. M. Srinivasa Prasad and Mrs. M. Sunitha by acquiring 38,80,600 equity shares consisting 64.68% of the paid up equity capital of the Company and became the Promoters of the Company in 2011. The Company started operations of Metal Crushing unit in Ranga Reddy District of Andhra Pradesh effective from April 2013.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹1.2 crore and profit touched at ₹0.43 crore.
