The Company acquired 18,59,630 equity shares of Rs. 10/ each of Ansu Trade Fiscals Private Limited from the shareholders of ATFPL. With this purchase of shares, Ansu Trade Fiscals Private Limited has become the wholly owned subsidiary of Arco Leasing Limited w.e.f. July 31, 2019.Arco Leasing Limited is a comprehensive leasing and asset finance company specializing in hire purchase, lease financing, and asset management solutions. It deal in a wide range of assets including plant and machinery, vehicles, equipment, real estate, and consumer and industrial goods whether new or used. Services cover financing, purchase, leasing, resale, and maintenance support across diverse sectors.
