AVP Infracon Limited was incorporated as AVP Constructions Private Limited dated September 09, 2009 in Chennai. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to AVP Infracon Private Limited dated October 06, 2023. Subsequently, it got converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company changed from AVP Infracon Private Limited to AVP Infracon Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated November 17, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Chennai.AVP Infracon are a dynamic private sector firm involved in the construction of road projects based on Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) methods. Presently, Company is engaged in construction and transacts the business to construct, build, alter, acquire, convert, improve, design, erect, establish, equip, develop, dismantle, pull down, level, decorate, fabricate, reconstruct, renovate, remodel, rebuild all types of infrastructure developmental works, constructions works such as technically complex and high value projects like Express ways, National Highways, Flyovers, Bridges and Viaducts, Irrigation Projects, Urban Development Civic amenities, Hospitals, warehouses, hotels and other Commercial and Residential Projects.The Company was founded by visionary promoters Mr. D Prasanna and Mr. B Venkateshwarlu. It was incorporated in 2009 to become a leading infrastructure development company in India. It completed nearly 40 projects costing Rs 313.21 Crores as of 06 January, 2024. It bid for construction of Roads, Bridges, Irrigation and Canal Projects, Flyovers, Industrial Areas, majorly based in the State of Tamil Nadu. Since incorporation, AVP Infracon has so far constructed well known roads and national highways such as construction of Road Over Bridge (ROB), construction and widening of culvert, construction of drains, improvements and rebuilding of highways, construction of retaining walls on government roads and flyovers. Besides these, it has formed a joint venture with M/s. Jawahar Constructions, focusing on fourlaning road construction work, with a 90% share in proportion, which is renamed as JWPAVP.During the period 2023, the Company completed Road Construction Projects comprising of NH 48, NH 67 and LC 132.The Company came up with a public issue of 69,79,200 equity shares having face value Rs 10 each by raising Rs 52.34 crore funds through fresh issue on March 15, 2024. In 2025, Company commissioned a new Blue Metal Crusher Unit of Rs17 crore investment to secure raw material supply and ensure execution efficiency. It entered the solar EPC segment, securing a 2.08 MWp solar project worth Rs9.23 crore a step toward diversifying into sustainable infrastructure, further expanded presence beyond roads into cold storage warehouse construction, strengthening the industrial civil works.In FY 25, Company completed widening from two lanes to four lanes and strengthening across multiple stretches, including median, drainage, retaining wall, and CD works at HosurDenkanikottai (Via Thalli Road), Krishnagiri widening from two lanes to four lanes and improvements across 5 km, including CD works, drains, and center median at Dharapuram and the additional widening and strengthening works along select stretches, with drainage and retaining wall components at Krishnagiri.
