Ameenji Rubber Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name Ameenji Rubber Private Limited on September 20, 2006 with the Registrar of Companies, Andhra Pradesh. Further, company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of Company was changed from Ameenji Rubber Private Limited to Ameenji Rubber Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 31, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.The Company specializes in manufacturing, supplying, and exporting rubber solutions for railways, infrastructure, and commercial applications. Its diverse product range includes Elastomeric Bridge Bearings, POTPTFE Bearings, Spherical Bearings, Expansion Joints (Infrastructure), Composite Grooved Rubber Sole Plates (CGRSP), UIC Rubber Vestibules, Rubberized Railway Crossing Pads, Moulded and LongLength Rubber Sheets, Gym Mats, Rolls, Cow Mats, Rubber Beadings, and other commercial rubber products. These products are widely used in railway coaches, sleepers, crossings, bridges, flyovers, roads, highways and various commercial applications serving a diverse range of industries, including Railways, Infrastructure, Construction, Oil Gas, Energy, Fitness, and Dairy Farm.The Company started production at Hyderabad facility during the period 200607. Thereafter, Company opened another plant in Kucharam Village reserved for a green belt buffer zone in 2022. Cemcon Rubber Private Limited was amalgamated with the Company in July, 2022. The Company has established Ameenji Rubber Inc as subsidiary in the State of North Carolina, United States of America in 2024. Company is planning an IPO of 30,00,000 fresh issue equity shares of Rs 10/.
