Subsequently, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Affordable Robotic Automation Limited on February 2, 2018. Fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies to the Company upon the conversion of the Company into Public Limited Company.The Company is Indias leading provider of automation solutions specializing in robotics, conveyor systems, and turnkey automation projects. It started the business in 2005 as a proprietorship concern, which is in the business of providing Turnkey Automation Solution for all kind of Industrial Automation needs such as Line Automation, Assembly Line, Conveyor, Robotic Inspection Stations of Plants, Pick Place Systems, Gantry, Auto Assembly stations, Robotic Welding Cell Lines, Fixed, Indexing Rotary type Welding fixtures, Spot, Mig, Tig Welding Robotic Cell, SPMs for Welding, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Hydropneumatic SPMs, Jigs, Gauges Fixtures. Automatic Car Parking System is Companys major area of expertise.The Company programs and automates the functions of machines used in manufacturing process of automobile industry. The Assembly facility of the Company is situated at Pune, Maharashtra along with the Head office, covering an area of 8,442 sq. meters. The Company is also in the business of assembling and installing automatic multilevel car parking system. This system is preferred by residential complexes, shopping malls and commercial buildings.In 2014, the Company started a New Manufacturing facility at Wadki, Pune. In 201617, it started the Joint Venture ARAPL Intelligent Equiment Shanghai Co. Ltd. in China. Further, in FY 201718, the Company setup a new line of business, Secondary Packaging, at FMCG industries by way of providing automation service in container packaging of the final packed product.The Company came up with a Public Issue by issuing 26,81,600 Equity Shares having the face value of Rs 10 each and raised Rs 22.79 crores in May, 2018. The Company expanded the plant to Wadki, India in FY 2021. The Company has launched Humro brand for ARAPLs RoboticsasaService offerings in FY 2025. It has shipped 20 robots to the United States, with an additional 10 scheduled for delivery by September, 2025.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹163.55 crore and profit touched at ₹-11.65 crore.
