Further, it was converted as Public Limited to A G Universal Limited on November 11, 2022, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Delhi. Company started a manufacturing unit for aluminium extrusion by way of acquisition with the main business of the Company i.e. trading in steel products B2B and various traders in 202223. In April 2023, Company made an IPO by issuing 1454000 Equity Shares of Rs 10 per share by raising funds aggregating to Rs 8.72 Crore.At present, the Company is a leading trading company in India, specializing in the supply of high quality steel and plastic products. It offers wide products, including Stainless Steel Pipes, Mild Steel Pipes, ERW Black Pipes, GI Pipes, Hollow Sections, uPVC Pipes, c PVC Pipes, TMT Bars, CR Coils, and HR Coils, sourced from some of the most reputed manufacturers in the industry. It is also engaged in the manufacturing of the Aluminum Profiles, Aluminium extrusion is a widely adopted manufacturing process that entails the transformation of aluminium alloy into specific crosssectional profiles.The company has done dealership agreements with many organisations like Reliance Industries Ltd for its petroleum products (polymers/FO/ oils) business and import of polymer products from Korea, China, Saudi Arabia, etc. One of the key strengths of A G Universal is its strong network of dealer partnerships with industryleading companies.
