WeWork India Management IPO Allotment Status: Ways to Check Online

The allotment of shares of the WeWork India IPO, pegged at ₹3000 crores, will take place tomorrow, i.e., October 8, 2025. The IPO which closes on October 7, 2025 has shares in the price band between ₹615-₹648.

The Wework india IPO consists of an offer for sale of up to 4,62,96,296 shares, aggregating up to ₹3000 crores. The table highlights the day-wise subscription of this IPO by various categories of investors.

The company will not receive any proceeds from the offer, and all the offer proceeds will be received by the selling shareholders after deduction of offer related expenses and relevant taxes thereon, to be borne by the selling shareholders.

You can check the allotment status through the following methods:

1. Registrar Website

  • Visit the website of MUFG Intime India Pvt Ltd
  • Choose ‘Public Issues’ from Investor Services dropdown
  • Choose the name of the company from ‘Select Company’ dropdown
  • Enter any of these - PAN Number, Application Number, DP/Client ID, Account Number / IFSC
  • Click on Submit to check the status

2. NSE Website

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) has an IPO bid verification module. You can use it to check the allotment status of WeWork India Management IPO. Go to the NSE website and find the 'Invest' tab. Click on 'Verify IPO Bids' under 'Resources & Tools'. On the NSE IPO Bid Verification page, enter:

  • Company name from dropdown
  • Application number
  • PAN

Then click 'Submit' to know the allotment status.

3. BSE Website

  • Go to the BSE website
  • Click on ‘Status of Issue Application’ under ‘Investor Services’
  • Click on ‘Application Status Check’
  • Choose the ‘Issue Type’ and ‘Issue Name’
  • Enter either your PAN or Application Number
  • Tick the box ‘I’m not a robot’
  • Click on ‘Search to view allotment status

If you didn’t receive allotment:

  • Refunds will be initiated on or about October 9, 2025
  • The amount will be credited to your bank account linked to UPI

On the other hand, if allotted shares will reflect in your Demat by October 9, 2025.
