About Wakefit IPO
The Wakefit IPO comprises a fresh issue and an offer for sale. The fresh issue aggregates up to ₹377.178 crores and the offer for sale is up to 46,754,405 equity shares, aggregating up to ₹911.71 crores. The total issue size is pegged at ₹1288.89 crores. It’s a 100% book-built issue. The price band is ₹185 to ₹195.
Wakefit IPO opens on December 8, 2025 and closes on December 10, 2025. The allotment of shares will take place on December 11, 2025. The credit of shares to the Demat account will take place on December 12, 2025. The initiation of refunds will take place on December 12, 2025. The listing of shares will take place on December 15, 2025. The lot size of shares in the IPO is 76. The minimum investment amount required by a retail investor is ₹₹14,820 based on the upper price.
Wakefit innovations is the largest D2C home and furnishings company in India in terms of revenue in Fiscal 2024. As of March 31, 2024, with just over nine years of operations, the company is the fastest homegrown player in the home and furnishings market in India among organised peers to achieve a total income of more than ₹10,000 million.
Objectives of Wakefit innovations IPO
The company proposes to utilise the IPO proceeds for:
- Capital expenditure to be incurred by the company for setting up of 117 new COCO – regular stores and one COCO – jumbo store
- Expenditure for lease, sub-lease rent and license fee payments for its existing COCO – regular stores
- Capital expenditure to be incurred by the company for purchase of new equipment and machinery
- Marketing and advertisement expenses towards enhancing the awareness and visibility of the company's brand
