Service and transactional calls from Kotak Neo will come from numbers starting with 1600.

• 1600308735

• Promotional calls will come from numbers starting with 1400.

Examples of service calls:

• Margin shortfall or risk-related alerts
• Account servicing or operational assistance
• KYC or compliance follow-ups
• Relationship Manager calls related to your investments
• Callbacks on service requests or complaints
• Trade-related clarifications or confirmations, etc.

Why This Change Has Been Introduced

The introduction of the 1600-series number is part of a broader regulatory initiative aimed at improving customer protection in financial communications.

Key objectives include:
• Helping customers easily identify legitimate calls from regulated financial institutions
• Reducing the risk of fraud, impersonation, or spoofed calls
