TGIF Agribusiness Limited was originally formed as a Partnership firm in the name and style of Aarvee Farm Products pursuant to a deed ofpartnership dated February 28, 2014, registered on March 06, 2014 issued by Registrar of Firms, Ahmedabad. Subsequently, partnership firm was converted into Limited Liability Partnership pursuant to a certificate of registration of conversion of Aarvee Farm Products to ARV Farmpro LLP dated April 23, 2019 issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Central Registration Centre. Further, name of the LLP was changed from ARV Farmpro LLP to TGIF Agribusiness LLP dated April 27, 2023. Consequently, Company was converted from LLP to Public company TGIF Agribusiness LLP to TGIF Agribusiness Limited vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 27, 2023.The company is primarily a horticulture company engaged in open farming of certain fruits and vegetables. The farm land is spread over anarea of over 110 acres and is situated in the vicinity of three villages i.e. Ajari, Kasindra and Kojra, all of which are located in the tehsilof Pindwara, District Sirohi, Rajasthan. Apart from farming of pomegranate, Company is also engaged in the farming and cultivation of dragon fruits and Sagwan trees. Under the farming model, wherein Company generally employ farmers and workers in the vicinity of the farms. It engage into supervision of farmers and croppers to constantly monitor the quantity and quality of crops. The vision of the Company is to become a leading supplier of firstgrade farm produce and allied products, while addressing the challenges of limited natural resources, a growing population and a dynamic climate.The Company launched the IPO by issuing 6,87,600 equity shares of Rs 10 each and raised Rs 6.39 crores on 10 May, 2024.
