Subsequently, name of the Company changed to Healthy Life Agritec Private Limited on April 22, 2020. Further, Company converted into Public Limited Company on March 8, 2022. The Company specialize in to carry on business as manufactures, importers, exporters, wholesalers, retailers and dealers in all types of Agriinputs, like fertilizers, Micronutrients, Pesticides insecticides, veterinary and livestock feeds and feed supplements, fish feeds and plant and machinery, implements, accessories, tools, goods or things and all types of modern agriculturalimplements, veterinary, livestock and poultry equipments and also to carry on the business of poultry, farming, agricultural farming, fish rearing and allied activities. In FY 2020, the Company started its operation as trading of Milk and Live Chicken.In FY 2021, M/s. Cronosglobal Investments Holdings Private Limited become holding Company of Healthy Life Agritec Private Limited.In FY 2022, the Company acquired 2 subsidiary companies in the name of Healthy Life Agro Private Limited and Healthy Life farm Private Limited. The Company made its public offer by issuing 10,00,00,000 Equity Shares of face value of RS 10 each by raising funds aggregating to Rs 10 Crore in July, 2022.The Company commissioned stateoftheart, fully automated manufacturing facility on December 23, 2024.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹171.87 crore and profit touched at ₹3.26 crore.
