Shivchem Agro Limited was incorporated as Shivchem Agro Private Limited dated September 12, 2021 with the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company w.e.f. November 19, 2024, vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Central Processing Centre. Shivchem Agro is a certified agrochemical company operating in India, engaged in the manufacturing, stocking, exhibiting, distribution, and sale of agricultural formulations. The product includes insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulators, rodenticides, and fertilizers. Company provide customers with crop protection solutions designed to support farmers in agricultural output through manufacturing, supply and distribution of formulations.During financial year 202223, Company had license for manufacturing 35 agrochemical products which increased to 232 licenses in the financial year 202324 and further expanded to 258 licenses in the financial year 202425. Their manufacturing facility is located in Jhajjar, Haryana, for manufacturing of agrochemical products. Further, Company has installed an Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to manage wastewater generated during the manufacturing process and a Wet Scrubber Unit to control air emissions and remove pollutants. Following the installation, Company has obtained the Consent to Establish and Operate from the Haryana State Pollution Control Board.Company is planning the Initial Public Offer of 23,80,800 Equity Shares having the face value of Rs 5 each through Fresh Issue.
