Shiva Global Agro Industries Limited was originally incorporated in January, 1993 in the name of Shiva Fertlizers Limited. The Companys name was later on changed to the present Shiva Global Agro Industries Limited in December, 2010. The Company is engaged in manufacturing and trading of fertilizers and trading in other agricultural commodities. It manufactures fertilizers, soil and crop health products, Oil, Deoiled Cakes (DOC) and Hybrid Seed Varieties. It manufactures both the NPK and the SSP Fertilizers.SGAIL produces SSP NPK mix fertilizers in its Nanded plant in Maharashtra. GFPL produces NPK mix fertilizers at its plants located in Karad (Maharashtra) Raibag (Karnataka). Shiva Parvati SAFPL are engaged in solvent extraction to produce edible nonedible oil, deoiled cakes. Their solvent extraction plants are located at Hingoli Nanded respectively. Kirtiman develops seeds for highyielding crops undertakes agricultural research. Shiva Global Agro Industries began as a fertilizer manufacturing unit in 1993 with the name Shiva Fertilizers and grew over the next 18 years to become a company that provides a holistic range of solutions for the farmers agribased needs. Their researchbased production of research and hybrid seeds, and the ability to manufacture our own raw materials has ensured that they are able to supply quality, costeffective products to the Indian farmer.In the year 1994, the company commenced its commercial production. It came out with its public issue in 1995 and the Companys shares were listed on the BSE. In 2004, the Company promoted Shiva Parvati Poultry Feed Pvt Ltd. In 2005, it further promited GhatPrabha Fertilizers Pvt Ltd having fertilizers unit. In 2007, the NPK manufacturing unit namely Parvati Fertilizers Pvt Ltd got merged with the Company. In 2008, the Company promoted Ghatprabha Fertilizers Pvt. Ltd having Fertilizers unit. In 2010, it expanded the production capacity of SSP from 90,000 MT to 120,000 MT per annum. Also, it launched backward integration of rock phosphates, strengthening presence in seed business. In 2011, the Company set up Beneficiated Rock Phosphate Plant with 45,000 MT capacity.In 201112, the Company launched products like All Grow, which contains organic ingredients like neem, increases organic carbon in the soil to improve soil health and reduce wastage and evaporation of nitrogenic fertilizers. Another product launched was REAL, which contains calcium, magnesium sulphate and phosphorus and acts as a soil conditioner it also increases the process of photosynthesis and controls pH of soil.In FY 2023, the Company introduced two new products namely, P.D.M. Granules (Potash Derived from Molasses) and the secondary fertilizer Ca:M:SVirat Granules having nutrients Calcium, Magnesium and Sulphur. The storage capacity of the Dhakni Plant was enhanced further by establishing new storage facility in 2023.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹381.06 crore and profit touched at ₹0.22 crore.
