During financial year 200809, Indovest Financial Services Ltd, North Delhi Construction and Investment Pvt Ltd Shyam Motels Pvt Ltd were merged with and into the Company.In 2010, the Company launched Metro View, an integrated small township apartments in Kundli, launched My Floors, Phase2 of Metroview Township during the period 2013, launched Super Luxury apartments, Aravali One, in Suraj Kund in FY2014.
