Presently, it is providing integrated turnkey construction services in the industrial, commercial, infrastructure and residential sectors of the construction industry. The company also into the business of property development.The Company was formed to carry on the development in residential real estate sector during the year 1981. In 1990, it had constructed several affordable high quality residential houses for midincome group. It launched business mall projects in North West Delhi during 2000.In 2007, Company launched affordable apartments, Maxheights, In Kundli. During financial year 200809, Indovest Financial Services Ltd, North Delhi Construction and Investment Pvt Ltd Shyam Motels Pvt Ltd were merged with and into the Company.In 2010, the Company launched Metro View, an integrated small township apartments in Kundli, launched My Floors, Phase2 of Metroview Township during the period 2013, launched Super Luxury apartments, Aravali One, in Suraj Kund in FY2014.

For the full year FY2024–2025, revenue reached ₹23.12 crore and profit touched at ₹0.42 crore.
