Rap Corp Limited was initially incorporated in 1994 under the name Rap Media Limited. The name of the Company has changed from Rap Media Limited to Rap Corp Limited with statutory approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs with effect from January 24, 2025.Initially, the Company was carrying on the business of real estate and construction, running of various malls and multiplexes, in recent past and the Company was having various sites/ malls located into the various parts of northern region of India. During the past few years, the Company kept all its projects on hold due to adverse market conditions. Thereafter, it stopped the business of leasing trucks/cars since last two years. Later on, the RAP Magnum Mall at Meerut became operational in 200809.During the year 201718, Company passed the special resolution through Postal Ballot dated 25th March, 2018 for selling of Land of theCompany situated at Hissa No.89, The District Ludhiana.During the year 202425, the Company has acquired a 42.5% stake in White River Properties LLP, making it an Associate of the Company.During the year 2025, the Companys main business have comprised of the Real Estate Business including Sale / Purchase Land, Building, Properties, Office. etc.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹0.35 crore and profit touched at ₹-1.62 crore.
