Incorporated as a private limited company in May 1992 at Chennai, Gyan Developers Builders Limited was converted into a public limited company in March, 1994. The Company was promoted by Gouthamchand, Ashok Raj and Sampath Raj Jain. Presently, the Company is engaged in in developing of residential buildings in Chennai.The Company came out with a public issue in February, 1995 to partfinance its project of developing houses in various places and to meet the long term working capital requirements of the Company.The Company offer complete project management including planning, scheduling, budgeting, site coordination and quality control. The team handles new constructions such as residential apartments, homes, complexes, office buildings and industrial facilities. It undertake public and private infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage systems, water lines, culverts and utility supplies. In addition to this, Company provide accurate and current market valuation of lands worth based on location, demand and sales. The Company has completed projects of Pallavaram, Ashok Pillar, Kodambakkam, Vadapalani, T Nagar and Porur during the year 2022.
