Incorporated in 1993, Gujarat Credit Corporation Limited (GCCL) is engaged in the business of providing materials for real estate development. Initially, Company was engaged in construction activities, computer trading and capital market activities. GCCL has developed sophisticated real estate projects in both commercial and corporate segments. From concept to completion, GCCL is into prime real estate development, coordinating a full spectrum of services including site acquisition, design and development, construction, marketing and sales. It has constructed a variety of structures for corporates including corporate offices.The Company started investment activities both in the primary and secondary markets and these have made handsome contributions to the profits of the company. It purchased all the equity shares of GCCL Housing Finance, making it a whollyowned subsidiary. It also purchased 99% equity shares of GCCL Securities.The company has obtained the Ahmedabad Stock Exchange card and will start stockbroking activities by the end of 1995.Since year 200910 onward, the company has been engaged in construction activities.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹0.17 crore and profit touched at ₹-0.27 crore.
