The name of the Company was changed to Yogi Infra Projects Limited from Yogi SungWon (India) Limited with due approval from Registrar of Companies, Gujarat in 2009. The Company was acquired by Moongipa Group in 2011 and since has been expanding its presence throughout India. For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹214.95 crore and profit touched at ₹-0.21 crore.
