Vas Infrastructure Limited, initially incorporated in February, 1994 as a Private Limited Company as Vasparr Consultancy Services Private Limited was converted into a Public Limited Company in September, 1994. The Company was renamed to Vas Animation Entertainment Limited (VAEL) during the year 19992000 and thereafter, to Vas Infrastructure Limited w.e.f. 29 July, 2006.The Company was originally promoted by Jayesh V Valia and Nimesh S Joshi and is directly engaged in the business of Development of Real Estate, residential facilities including construction, infrastructure. During year 199899, Company diversified into new areas of activities in Entertainment and Software/Hardware in Computer System and manufacture and sale of plastic, metal drums/barrels.The Company commenced new line of activity, infrastructure work effective from April 1, 2006.At present, the Company is nonoperational, and any new projects shall be undertaken by the Successful Resolution Applicant, subject to the approval of the Resolution Plan by the Honble NCLT.
