The Company converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Yash Chemtex Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the ROC on February 15, 2016.The Company came up with a pubic issue of 10,92,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each by raising Rs 2.51 crore in June 2016. Mr. Pritesh Y Shah, the founder Promoter of the Company, had started this business as sole proprietor of Yash Chem in 1990. The Company has been known as the leading company offering fine and specialist chemicals which are widely used in various industries. It always exceeded the expectations of all the clients with products and services. Yasons Chemex Care Limited is a Subsidiary Company of the Company. The Company is engaged in the business of importing and trading of dyes, chemicals and intermediates for Textile Garment industry, Water Treatment Industry, Laminate Industry, Agrochemicals, Adhesives, Metal Industry etc.Yasons Chemex Care Limited has initiated research production of exclusively customized products to cater to dyes and intermediary industries in the country expand exports in coming years. For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹97.53 crore and profit touched at ₹2.84 crore.
