Name of the Company was changed from Spring Field Securities Limited to Spring Fields Infraventures Limited in 2015 and again was changed from Spring Fields Infraventures Limited to Variman Global Enterprises Limited w.e.f. 16 December 2019. The Company started its commercial operations in 1993 and is a leading IT infrastructure solutions provider through software development, IT Infrastructure solutions and distributing IT Hardware to clients and partners through aggressive market development in Telangana. It is presently engaged in distribution of HPMPS division and EATON Power Solutions. Apart from these, Variman portfolio includes end user computing from Desktops, laptops, server and server room technologies, printing, imaging and scanning solutions, networking solutions, wireless technologies, security firewall solutions to IT infrastructure. For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹115.06 crore and profit touched at ₹0.71 crore.
