Companys operations are predominantly related to the manufacture of bulk drugs intermediates.The company has established two advanced development centers in the area of ecommerce in New Jersey, USA and Hyderabad. The company has three business models namely offshore solutions, offsite solutions and onsite solutions. It has entered into strategic alliance with Allegheny Digital Corp, Organic Online Inc, Transaction Information System Inc, CMC and Business Software Solutions Inc.Company entered into manufacture of fine chemicals by acquiring a facility near Kakinada of Andhra Pradesh in 2004. It started anufacture of fine Chemicals. Construction of 100% EOU plant in FY 200405.The Company has developed good reputation as a quality and reliable manufacturer and exporter of APIs, Intermediates and Nutraceuticals, the company expects to develop adequate revenues from these segments in future.
