Stanbik Agro Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company by the name of Stanbik Commercial Private Limited on February 10, 2021, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre. Subsequently, the name of Company was changed to Stanbik Agro Private Limited on March 21, 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Thereafter, status of the Company was converted into Public Limited and the name of Company was changed to Stanbik Agro Limited vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 08, 2024. The Company carries on the business of manufacturing, wholesaling and supplying of agricultural commodities. Company was founded in 2021 to bring fresh fruits and vegetables directly from the farm to the table while promoting sustainable farming practices. Historically, the business operations included trading in pulses and cereals under the management of the previous promoters. After the induction of the current promoters, who have significant expertise in trading of fruits and vegetables, Company shifted the focus to these segments. This strategic change allowed the Company to concentrate on highermargin products and leverage the promoters experience in production and distribution.Since then, Company has earned a reputation as the reliable supplier of these products. Company has acquired the partnership firm Jay Chamunda Trading Company, owned by the present Promoters Ashokbhai Dhanajibhai Prajapati and Chirag Ashokbhai Prajapati, via Business Transfer Agreement.Company is planning to raise funds via initial public offering of Rs 12.27 Cr equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each through Fresh Issue.
