Growington Ventures India Limited was originally incorporated as VMV Tours Travels Private Limited on August 03, 2010 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. The Company name was changed to VMV Holidays Private Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 01, 2012 issued by Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, West Bengal. Subsequently, the Company was converted in to a Public Company and the name was changed to VMV Holidays Limited dated March 20,2014 and further to Growington Ventures India Limited on September 28, 2021. In July 2015, the Company came up with a public issue of 15,60,000 Equity Shares by raising funds aggregating to Rs. 1.56 Crore. The Company has been engaged in the business of import of various variety of fruits globally and trading the same in the normal course of business. Previously the Company was engaged in travel and tourist business, in addition to conducting trading in normal course of business. All of a sudden, the Company tours and travel business was adversely affected and it started experiencing losses. In the mid of FY 2022 the Board of Directors decided to shift the Companys primary line of business activities and concentrate more on trading of variety of products, ranging from import of fruits etc.During the period 202425, the Company has diversified its main business activities towards import of fruits and trading in imported fruits such as Dragon Fruit, Apple and other exotic fruits by purchasing the same from the importers in the domestic market and to expand the base of agro products.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹64.33 crore and profit touched at ₹2.48 crore.
