Growington Ventures India Limited was originally incorporated as VMV Tours Travels Private Limited on August 03, 2010 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. The name of the Company was changed to VMV Holidays Private Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated August 01, 2012. Subsequently, upon the conversion of the Company into a Public Limited Company, name was changed to VMV Holidays Limited dated March 20,2014 and further to Growington Ventures India Limited dated September 28, 2021. In July 2015, the Company came up with a public issue of 15,60,000 Equity Shares by raising funds aggregating to Rs. 1.56 Crore. Previously the Company was engaged in travel and tourist business, in addition to conducting trading in normal course of business. All of a sudden, the Company tours and travel business was adversely affected and it started experiencing losses. In the mid of FY 2022 the Board of Directors decided to shift the Companys primary line of business activities and engaged in trading of variety of products, ranging from import of fruits etc.During FY202425, the Company diversified its main business activities towards import of fruits and trading in imported fruits such as Dragon Fruit, Apple and other exotic fruits by purchasing the same from the importers in the domestic market and to expand the base of agro products.
