Sita Enterprises Limited was originally incorporated on 22 March, 1982 as Goyal Development Investment Services Private Limited. From 11 May, 1988, name of the Company was changed to Sita Developments Private Limited and again was changed to Sita Enterprises Limited on January 10, 1994 upon conversion into a Public Limited company. In 2024, the Company underwent a major change in control following a Share Purchase Agreement. New promoter Mr. Jitendra Rasiklal Sanghavi acquired a 71.76% controlling stake via open offer, which earlier promoters reduced their holding to 5% and became the promoter of the Company.The Company is registered as a NonBanking Financial Company with Reserve Bank of India. The Company is engaged in Investments in shares, securities, mutual and other funds, properties and Financing through loans and trade receivables.
