SFL is a newly incorporated company with the main objects to carry on the business of finance company. The Company has developed a reputation for reliability and stability in the Indian financial services industry. The National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench vide its Orders dated 10th April, 2024 approved the Scheme of Arrangement by way of Demerger between Ishwarshakti Holdings and Traders Limited and the Company for Demerger of Sugar business of the company. Pursuant to the NCLT Order dated April 10th, 2024, the business operated by Ishwarshakti Holdings Traders Limited was demerged in the Company dated April 1, 2021. The Company, has in consideration of the transfer of Ishwarshakti Holdings Traders Limited, issued one new Equity share of the Company of the face value of Rs.10/ each fully paid up for every four Equity Shares of the face value of Rs. 10 / each fully paid up held in Ishwarshakti Holdings Traders Limited on 18.09.2024. Accordingly, the Board of Directors of the Company at their Board Meeting held 19th September, 2024 has issued 1,00,80,000 Equity shares of Rs. 10/ each to the shareholders of Ishwarshakti Holdings Traders Limited.
