It is mainly into share broking business.The Members of the Company, at the 34th Annual General Meeting held on 29th August, 2025, approved the alteration of the Object Clause of the Memorandum of Association to carry out of the business of pharmaceuticals and wellness products. The alteration was carried out to enable the Company to undertake its revised business activities in line with its strategic objectives.The Company is contemplating to change its name to Relic Life Science Ltd to suit the proposed diversification into Pharmaceutical Activities.
