Pee Cee Cosma Sope Limited was incorporated in November, 1986 by a private Indian party. The Company is engaged in the business of Manufacturing of Laundry Soap, Detergent Powder and Cake operating in State of Uttar Pradesh, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh. Company became a public limited company in 1989 and its shares got listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd.The Board approved merger of Soap Manufacturing and Marketing Business of the Holding Company, Pee Cee Soap and Chemicals Pvt Ltd along with Doctor Brand in the Company Pee Cee Cosma Sope Ltd., which envisaged for Demerger of Real Estate Business of Pee Cee Soap and Chemicals Pvt Ltd into Shree Riddhi Siddhi Realtech Pvt Ltd, Maya Infracon Pvt Ltd, M2 Reality Pvt Ltd and Pee Cee Realty Builders Pvt Ltd, respectively through the Scheme of Amalgamation became effective from August 1, 2011.In pursuant to Scheme of Arrangement as approved by the Honble High Court, the shares of Amalgamated Company held as investment in Amalgamating Company, also got transferred to Demerged Company: Shree Riddhi Siddhi Realtech Private Limited, Maya Infracon Private Limited, M2 Reality Private Limited. Doctor Soap has been build on strong quality image platform, the groups policy to be quality conscious has helped them in getting quality mark of ISO 9001:2000 in 2004. Doctor Soap has to its credit a network of over 500 distributors and 1.5 lacs retailers, In fact a very strong distribution system at its disposal in UP, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Meghalaya, Assam and parts of West Bengal and Orissa, in fact it is this fast extending and sound distribution system which has helped Doctor Soap become a member of the vast growing Indian family.

For the full year FY2025–2026, revenue reached ₹142.33 crore and profit touched at ₹9.61 crore.
