Founded in: 2011
Mystic Electronics Limited was incorporated on 30th August, 2011 as Pearl Electronics Limited. Pursuant to Scheme of Demerger sanctioned by Honble Bombay High Court on 09th October, 2012, the Electronics Division of Nouveau Global Ventures Limited was demerged into Pearl Electronics Limited with effect from 1st October, 2011. In 2016, the Company changed its name from Pearl Electronics Limited to Mystic Electronics Limited.Presently, the Company is engaged actively in trading of electronic products such as mobile handsets, computer hardware and software etc. and has completed nine years in its trading business. The Company focuses to trade in High end Server, Low end server for thin clients, Networking router Fiber, Networking Switch, Computer server blade, CTC full NT kit, Storage for data, Compute systems etc.Apart from this, it is also operating as a Master Logistics Partner (MLP) for NAAPTOL ONLINE SHOPPING PRIVATE LIMITED in Maharashtra since May, 2015 and is maintaining rented premises as warehouse cum office in Mumbai and Pune with an outsourced delivery team of bikers (personnel with their own motorcycles who deliver the orders to the end customer) apart from certain delivery vans which have been taken on monthly rental.
